At VSM Oxyved Private Limited, we value your time and are committed to providing high-quality Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy (HBOT) services with transparency and accountability. This Cancellation & Refund Policy outlines the terms for appointment cancellations, rescheduling, and refund eligibility.

1. Appointment Cancellations

  • Free Cancellation Window: Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled up to 24 hours in advance without any charge.
  • Late Cancellation: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment time will be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the session cost.
  • No-Show Policy: If a patient fails to show up without prior notice, the full session fee will be charged.

2. Rescheduling

  • You may request to reschedule your session up to 24 hours in advance at no extra cost.
  • Last-minute rescheduling (within 24 hours) will be handled based on slot availability and may incur a nominal rescheduling fee.

3. Refund Policy

a. Prepaid Sessions
  • Full Refund: If a prepaid session/package is cancelled at least 24 hours in advance and no sessions have been utilized, you are eligible for a full refund.
  • Partial Refund: If part of a therapy package has been used, a refund will be calculated on a pro-rata basis, minus any applicable administrative charges.
b. Service Disruption
  • If VSM Oxyved is unable to provide services due to internal issues (e.g., equipment malfunction, therapist unavailability), you will have the option to reschedule or receive a full refund for the affected session.
c. Non-Refundable Situations
  • Missed appointments without notice.
  • Sessions already completed.
  • Delays caused due to patient’s failure to follow pre-therapy instructions or arrive on time.

4. Refund Timeline

Eligible refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days via the original mode of payment. We will notify you once the refund has been initiated.
